With over 15 years in the fitness industry, Morne leads with purpose and passion. His bold, hands-on coaching style is built on high standards, deep care, and a relentless focus on helping people move better, get stronger, and live more confidently. From class programming to one-on-one mentorship, Morne sets the tone for a facility that thrives on energy, community, and results.

Assistant Coach

Qualifications: ​

​CF-L1 & L2, Fitness Science Certification, Diploma in Exercise Science
With 12 years of CrossFit coaching and a foundation in competitive sport conditioning, Pierre is all about athlete development. He’s known for refining technique, building strength, and preparing athletes for peak performance. Motto: "Make it look good before going heavy."

CF-L1, Certified Dance & Pilates Instructor, Personal Training
A lifelong mover turned passionate coach, Esté brings energy, empathy, and a deep love for people to every session. With a background in dance and pilates, she offers a unique perspective on body awareness, form, and functional strength. She believes coaching is more than just a job—it’s her calling.

Higher Cert. in Exercise Science, CF-L1, Sports Massage, Conditioning & Nutrition Certifications
Jordan brings a unique blend of athleticism, academic insight, and mental wellness to the team. With a background in national-level swimming and a passion for psychology, she focuses on creating strong, balanced athletes—mind and body. Currently completing her Bachelors in Psychology & Law.

Advanced Kettlebell performance, Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics
With over 12 years’ experience in competitive CrossFit, Shaun’s passion lies in performance and people. Known for his technical knowledge and motivational coaching style, he thrives on helping members break barriers—whether it’s in strength, skill, or mindset. Driven by purpose, Shaun brings intensity, structure, and genuine care to the floor.
